    Dear Sir,

    I am writing to complain about a recent order I placed with your company.

    Almost 1 month ago, I ordered a black evening dress, with some certain details as I saw in your e- shop.

    Your Web site gave a delivery time of 7 days, but I received my order after 30 days and unfortunately the dress that I received was completely different form that I ordered.

    I ordered a short black dress with silver belt, but I received a black dress with golden belt and it's taller than I want.

    I would be grateful if you could tell me how to return the dress and how soon I could have a replacement .
